Possibly now up to several hundred people talking to me after seeing my web site on the side of Fidutia and when asked if they trust the sales talk of Amandine Campion and H2o, 99% said a blunt NO & that they are Rip-off-Merchants (and tell lies like a Russian) and then go on to tell me a story of what happened to them or a friend
Well a few years have past since I started this web site to expose H2o.
Two things could have happened but H2o seem to hope it will just go away.
The 1st. They could say we were telling lies and take the appropriate legal acton but they cant because Amandine would have to purge herself in court.
The 2nd. They could accept the fact that she mislead us at the time and take the responsibility to reimburse me for my out of pocket expenses because of her devious method she went about to get Fidutia on their books.
Before you seek to deal with them ask the CEO Max Gerard if he will deal fair and square with you.
They have done the same as Qantas Airways and put their head in the sand. Qantas are one of the biggest companies in Australia yet they were beaten by me standing up for what is right. The same will happen to H2o ( www.qantasjetstar.com )

I was mislead by false promises byAmandine Campion, a sales person of H2O to leave my barge Fidutia here for sale although she was told I couldn't afford their fees. She made these promises in front of myself and two friends as well as Jocelyn Gerard (the sister of Max Gerard the H2o manager and daughter of the principal owner Charles Gerard) that the fees could be taken off the sale price that she proudly stated that would be within 3 months. They say that never happened which implies that we are liars.
I wonder if the ladies would purge themselves in court?
It seemed too good to be true but she was working on my vulnerability at the time knowing I had a loan to repay.

Now Someone (Hmmm) asked to have my signs removed from the side of Fidutia. Shows they do not want ????????? With all their efforts to silence me will they have me sunk to cover up?

When I left this marina I tried to put the emails from H2O on this site to explain my situation.
Not being happy they sent the police to make me shut it down.
The police told me that I could not put the content of their emails on the site but just my version of them. (What does that indicate to you?)

Stop Press. Because of the visit from the police my story has to be re written as I cant re publish emails, just give my account of them.
That is a shame because my interpretation of a sales persons emails doesn't prove their offer of the arrangement as shown in our emails to each other.
This all reminds me of when Qantas sent the police to charge me with extortion after a young lady I spoke to on the phone told pork pies.
Well that backfired on them and you will see the results at www.qantasjetstar.com It looks as though by protecting lady fibbers it is all going to start again.
